QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that that technical service services are carried out in accordance with the defined management system requirements and to ensure coordination for the sale of spare parts and service services.

  • Graduated from Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
  • High technical experience and background in the field of technical service, preferably with at least 5 years of experience in automotive sector
  • Have a good command of MS Office programmes, will be able to report,
  • Strong machinery, equipment and automation technical infrastructure,
  • Team building and team development,
  • Prone to teamwork and strong managerial skills,
  • Good knowledge of after sales or sales processes,
  • Experienced in after sales management,
  • Solid understanding of customer problem-solving and decision-making processes,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Fluent in spoken and written English,
  • High level of knowledge in service sales support systems.


Job Description:

  • Service, Managing staff responsibility/ routines and structure,
  • To ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved at all time,
  • To be a team resource for internal employees, including sales department and marketing,
  • Contribute to and facilitate the sale of services and products,
  • Be able to establish technical communication with our factories and international service organisation,
  • Will manage with high competences for people and businesses,
  • Good technical product knowledge; with functions, specifications, installation, service, etc.
  • Manage and develop partner/service network footprint,
  • Responsible for technical training and support of the Partner network,
  • Approval of warranty/complaint issues; keeping costs within realistic limits,
  • Reporting product information and specifications/technical translations to management,
  • Being a professional colleague and team player, conducting business in an ethical manner.
