We are looking for a "Quality Engineer" with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Gönen Factory

If you,

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical or Textile Engineering or similar fields,
• Familiar IATF 16949
• Fluency in Spoken and Written English
• Knowledge and actively applying problem solving methods 8D,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) within global organization,
• Strong presentation skills with analytical and technical problem-solving ability.

Also; have leadership and management skills, Good time management, prone to teamwork, think analytically and have a people-oriented approach, you may be the Quality Engineer we are looking for!

The duties you will be responsible for when you joined Adin Oto Donanım as a "Quality Engineer";

• Managing customer related issues such as claims, notifications and quality trials,
• Managing customer 8D’s
• Ensuring customer communication, focusing complaints,
• Leading problem solving activities,
• Leading Control plan, FMEA activities,
• Support monitoring, evaluation, analysis and improvement of quality KPIs and lead improvement projects,
• Participating in daily performance meetings to follow up daily quality performance and initiate improvement Projects.
