Working withinAirties’ Marketing team and reporting to the Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications, the Senior Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the execution of Airties’ overall strategy by planning, coordinating and managing field marketing programs to grow and advance the pipeline. The role will include targeted ABM strategies, development of a strong reseller channel activity and also be responsible for the planning, execution and ROI analysis of Airties presence at industry events for your regionAirties works with broadband operators (telcos, cable, fiber) to deliver flawless end-user experience, so knowledge of the ISP market is highly desirable.

In close coordination with the thought leadership program and digital campaign calendar, the Senior Field Marketing Specialist will lead the alignment with Airties’ regional ambitions for visibility and to support sales objectives.

This involves an integrated approach to both event management and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Develop and execution of an effective field marketing plan for customer engagement and lead generation for the region, defining priorities for business development through both resellers and local direct sales team
  • Define strategies and tactics to maximize impact of our corporate messages, raise awareness for Airties solutions and drive engagement with target customers and prospects
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager for worldwide online campaigns (localizing where necessary) and manage from concept to execution any digital campaigns for your market
  • Manage the regional program for tradeshow participation – both virtual and in-person, as well as those attended by our reseller partners on our behalf. Drive for optimal visibility against cost investment and ensure good planning and execution, including management of booth design or branding at smaller shows, sponsorship options, on-site coordination as well as planning and tracking of budget spend on events
  • Carry out systematic ROI analysis on all tradeshows, speaking opportunities and digital campaigns
  • Alignment with other programs of the internationally distributed Marketing & Corporate Communications team

o Participate in the selection of speaking opportunities and media engagements with PR team
o Provide feedback from success of local customer/prospect engagement to feed into content generation and corporate messaging
o Work with the local Customer Success representative to identify potential success stories and support the production of case studies for your region (executed by content manager)
o Act as the local representative of the wider marketing team, notably supporting local sales teams in day-to-day activities.  This could range from relaying important market intelligence reports or data updates, ensuring brand guidelines are properly implemented, or tactical support for customer meetings or presentations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree
  • 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, especially in the telecoms/broadband industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Problem-solver and self-starter with superb organizational skills
  • Very good communication skills with capacity to localize content when necessary
  • Detail oriented with excellent execution and follow-through
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience working with large cross functional and international teams
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and project manage multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% of time
