"Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Specialist", working at Human Resources team, will mainly be responsible for overseeing, managing, reporting and administering rewards, perks and benefits to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Industrial Engineering)
• 2+ years of compensation, benefits, pays and rewards experience (job analysis/architecture, grading systems, etc.)
• Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills
• Advanced level of verbal and written English,
• Analytical skills with high learning agility and team working abilities

Job Description:

• Support design and implementation of compensation packages and guidelines based on corporate culture, workflows, business goals and strategy
• Create and analyze job evaluations, grades, etc.
• Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks; keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the filed (experience with HAY/WTW pay systems and benchmarks preferred)
• Understand employee needs and apply effective strategies to meet those
• Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
• Taking part in organizational restructuring studies and into account the needs and priorities of the organization
• Regularly updating the organizational chart after each organizational change
• Ensuring the necessary coordination and communication within the company for the target setting and evaluation process within the scope of the Annual Performance Management System, following the execution of the necessary steps through the system, providing training to the teams about the Performance Management System and process if necessary.
