ASAŞ; It serves its customers in its Aluminum Profile, Composite Panel, Aluminum Flat Products, PVC Profile and Shutter production facilities established on a total area of 923,000 m², 300,000 m² of which is closed, in Akyazı and Karapürçek campuses.

We are looking for an HR Project Executive to take part in ASAŞ Headquarters located in Kavacık/ Beykoz/ Istanbul. This role is reporting directly to HR & HSE Director:

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Minimum 3 years of generalist HR/HR consultancy experience,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Having analytical mindset; digital savvy, a good communicator and team player,
• Eager to be a change agent and follower of HR trends.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Being responsible of the design and execution of the projects in HR functions such as; end-to-end employee experience, employee engagement, recognition and reward, operational excellence projects, employee wellbeing etc.,
• To organize communication & motivation activities acccording to company requirements and strategies,
• To responsible for creating and the implementation of flexible benefits programs,
• Establishing systems that supports the improve internal customer satisfaction,
• To investigate and implement new generation HR trends and design projects for implementation.
