We are looking for an “Reservation Agent” who is dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Presentable & self-motivated

·         Outgoing personality

·         Very good command of written and verbal English, second language preferable

·         University degree preferable in Tourism & Hospitality Management

·         Good command of Office programs

·         Able to multi-task

·         Fidelio System knowledge

 JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Responsible for selling the hotel rooms and outlets 

·         Careful and sensitive about guests needs 

·         Able to prepare the best offer with maximum revenue and regularly contact with the guests to convert the business

·         Able to handle guest complaints, with solving problems and manage stress

·         Ensures that Guest History is updated and acted upon accordingly

·         Ensure communication with other departments (Finance, Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, F&B) to provide a seamless service for our guests

·         Ensure arrival lists are checked and are complete (arrival times, rates etc.) the day prior to the guest arrival

·         Clarify duties and responsibilities of reservations colleagues and ensure that work processes are in a logical order
