We’re looking for a team mate who is highly aware of the impact of digital transformation on people, culture, systems and competencies as well as being a natural cultural ambassador of any transformation touching people.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conducting assessments to identify training and development needs aiming people growth and capability development
  • Preparing annual learning-development plan and budget for each business line in collaboration with the country and company HR teams.
  • Participating the design and development of career paths and talent management programs.
  • Formulating a connection between talent and learning functions through analyzing performance and talent calibration results. Use outputs to develop organizational and people capability.
  • Designing a roadmap for organizational and leadership capability evolution from change management perspective in collaboration with Talent Management
  • Increasing the quality of onboarding, learning and development experience through measuring the indicators agreed.
  • Designing and expanding training curriculums / programs in accordance with company strategies, working with stakeholders.
  • Managing learning management systems (LMS), utilizing online learning, gathering and reporting learning related data
  • Be a member of cross project team to build our Employer Brand architecture and tactics
  • Cooperate with Talent Management on employer branding and people loyalty projects & activities
  • Create, implement and manage graduate talent acquisition and Internship programs,
  • Propose plans and deliver diversity & inclusion initiatives across the organization
  • Design and implement recognition-rewarding programs and motivational initiatives in collaboration with Total Rewarding
  • Proactively assess and analyze engagement climate in the organization to identify trends and areas of development


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields, Min 7 years’ experience in Learning & Development,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Direct experience in developing learning programs, learning content, and tools enabling organizational learning objectives in a high growth organization,
  • Strong analytical, strategical and problem solving skills,
  • Self-motivated and excellent team player,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Following and adopting the market trends and new ideas,
  • Ability to clearly, concisely and creatively articulate thoughts and points, analytical thinking, detail oriented,
  • Eager for team work, strong communication and coordination skills,
  • Digital savvy; good understanding of digital, social media trends and channels as well as a broad perspective on digital transformation
  • Experience leading end to end program management and large-scale change management efforts across multiple functions,
  • Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills,
  • Demonstrated success in developing and motivating team members to reach objectives
  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
