RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for technical feasibility for new part and running change.  
• Responsible for managing line and machine capacity. 
• Responsible for supporting fixture design team and release new tooling in production. 
• Responsible for technical supporting serial production. 
• Supports to implement lean manufacturing system in production,
• Responsible for the preparation of all relevant documentation to meet product and process specifications, 
• Responsible for leading FMEA study

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires a degree in mechanical engineering. 
• Minimum 4 years experience in manufacturing, product design or quality in an automotive OEM supplier.
• Must possess basic design skills including general knowledge of manufacturing methods and capabilities. 
• Must have capabilities and knowledge of CAD design together with sound drafting and GD&T knowledge. 
• Must have a sound knowledge of statistics. 
• Must be capable of leading problem solving activities. 
• Good written and oral communication skills
