GCA is Looking For a Business Development Specialist

Having been established in 2015, GCA carries on Gürok Group's almost 30 years of glassware production experience and expertise into glass packaging industry with an innovative approach. GCA keeps on its efforts to become one of the most-preferred actors of the glass packaging industry in the international arena by achieving significant successes locally and globally. The firm has approximately 600 employees with export operations to more than 40 countries, comprising all continents of the world.

Location: Kartal / İstanbul

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or any Engineering fields from reputable universities

· Excellent skills of both written and verbal English,

· At most 2 years’ experience of project management, business development, feasibility studies, marketing and communications, management of relations with agencies and similar roles,

· High level of skill on MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word are must)

· Strong communication, problem-solving, administrative and organizational skills,

· Innovative point of view, creative, team player,

· Ability to work in rapid changing, multitasking and stressful business environment,

· Ability to keep calmness and control under challenging circumstances,

· No obstacle for domestic and international travels.

Responsibilities

· Will report to Business Development Executive and Head of Business Development,

· Executing and reporting 360° online & offline communication and media works for the company,

· Co-operating with social media, ad, comms etc. agencies,

· Contribute to the company's strategy studies,

· Analyzing business results, plans and following up industrial dynamics,

· Researching new investment opportunities both in existing and new sectors and perform feasibility studies,

· Following up business, market, consumer trends, competition and industry developments and reporting them via corporate channels,

· Participate, coordinate or lead ad-hoc projects with full scope as requested by the Head of Business Development,

· Preparation of corporate presentations and internal or external meeting reports,

· Consolidation, preparation of reports, analyzes, executive summaries,

· Supporting and participating various internal and external meetings, fairs, organizations and events; share executive summaries and reports.
