What are we looking for?

• Graduated from Engineering departments of reputable universities,

• Preferably with 3-5 years of Quality, Method or Production experience,

• Prepared documents and provided trainings to improve the technical competencies of the employees,

• Advanced reporting and documentation skills,

• Managed documents in systems such as DYS, QDMS, SharePoint,

• Prone to teamwork, high coordination and communication skills,

• Have advanced level of English,

• Able to reside in Kütahya or Eskişehir

What will you do?

• Leading the creation and management of the company's technical documentation database

• Working in coordination with the departments and documenting the technical knowledge at different levels

• Following up the current platform for the document management system and to develop it with the IT Department.

• Examining the existing instructions/procedures/process plans and updating them when necessary

• Creating technical training materials for the development of the employees’ technical competencies and to provide their training

• Formatting recorded information and creating the identity of the information for accessing documents

• Carrying out improvement projects for the efficient use of the company's technical documentation database by the employees.
