Description of the main tasks:

Head of project management is coordinating the local project managers. He/She is reporting to the local director and to the head of project management in the Headquarters. 

•  Responsible for project execution for local project managers
•  Support in contract review before negotiation with the customer related to the technical/operational part 
• Process and cost optimizations together with Head of Project Management in Headquarters 
• Resource planning within the local subsidiary
• Creation and implementation of individual project strategies
• Training of new project managers
• Local sourcing together with procurement departmentLocal sourcing together with procurement department

RequiRequired education/specialization:

•  Several years of relevant professional experience in project management
• Technical Knowledge with a focus on mechanical and/or electrical engineering
• Commercial knowledge of project reporting and forecasting
• Knowledge in international plant building contracts 
• Time scheduling for Project execution 
• Experience in Claim- and Change- management

• Business English
• German language if possible 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
