Financial Controller

Our client is a world leader in the roofing and waterproofing products in many countries and has environmentally friendly production processes.
We are looking for a Financial Controller who will report to CFO, located in Kozyatağı İstanbul.

Who we are looking for;

• BA Degree from a reputable university,
• 5 years experience in mid size production company,
• 2-3 years experience in an audit company is a plus,
• Total experience 5 to 8 years,
• Good communication skills,
• Good knowledge of Statutory & IFRS fundamentals,
• Analytical skills,
• Fluent in English,
• ERP knowledge/experience is mandatory,
• Extensive skills at data mining,(database & datalake manipulation & Business Intelligence software implementation),
• Curios & eager to learn & operational,
• Bring new perspective to the business analysis; be a business partner to the CEO of the Company.

What we expect;

• Controlling full P&L (sales, production cost, margin, opex, etc),
• Controlling industrial KPIs & their translation into the PL,
• Preparation of monthly/weekly financial reports,
• Analysing weekly/monthly financial data, comparison with budget & hystoric figures; as summary being able to write the story line of the performance,
• Running & Monitoring the budget/forecast process,
• Responsible for the preperation of 5 year plan with the CEO of the Company,
• Implementation of new reporting and analysis in a context of ERP transition,
• Reporting to the Regional CFO.
