Who Are We Looking For - Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD. degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering,
• At least 5 years of experience as multi-disciplinary project participant preferably within the machinery sector and experience in field applications,
• At least 2-3 years of project management experience,
• Advance knowledge of drawing electrical and pneumatic projects of machines by using E-Plan and Fluid-Sim programs,
• Advance knowledge of electrical and pneumatic equipments,
• Ability to interpret and create complex electrical wiring diagrams,
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced and challenging environment,
• Experience in MS Office programs and SOLIDWORKS,
• Working in the field of machine design or aiming for a career in this field and able to take responsibility,
• Analytical thinking and prone to teamwork,
• Will be able to follow the production processes and design studies in the production area,
• Advance English proficiency,
• Have a full knowledge of all obligations regarding CE standards.

What Will You Do - Responsibilities

• Responsible for making electrical and pneumatic projects in accordance with CE standards of machines whose mechanical design has been completed, using E-Plan and Fluid-Sim programs, and preparing product recipes according to these,
• Responsible to determine the needs of all electrical equipment, panel equipment, pneumatic equipment and automation equipment, and to follow up and control the post-purchase process,
• Creating and maintaining machine and system level wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Determine appropriate materials usage (e.g., connectors, back shells, contacts, etc.) and wire treatment (shielding, twisting, etc.) to apply per applicable mission requirements, industry standards.
• Installation and programming the materials that require adjustment/calibration (Cameras, SECOMEA’s, Flowmeters, etc.),
• Applying machinery safety regulations (EN ISO 13849-1, CE Standards, etc.) to electrical design, selecting and analyzing equipment accordingly to it,
• Responsible to lead the electrical installation team,
• To carry out R&D activities to increase the electrical performances of existing machines,
• Execution of all factory electrical works,
• Prepare technical details for R&D center and TUBITAK projects and follow up existing project with the carrying out studies on patents and utility models,
• Tracing and investigation of the innovations in the sector and in the professional field, to analyze the developments related to the rival companies,
• Assisting to the other departments of company and helping them by the technical support,
• Creating technical documentation for machines (BOM, Technical Drawings, feasibility studies, security precautions etc.).
