Responsibilities

·         Organizing customs, transportation, and paperwork in export & import transactions

·         Optimizing logistic process and contribute to reduce logistic costs

·         Cooperating with finance department to follow up payments of Commercial invoices regarding to its payment term.

·         Preliminary examination of information and documents related to customs procedures.

·         Pre- and post-control of declarations.

·         To follow the correspondence and processes with official institutions and offices.

·         Responsible for contracts, letter of credit transactions, freight tracking and organization processes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from one of the reputable Universities
• Advanced level of English both in spoken and written
• 3-4 years’ experience in export & import transactions
• Knowledge of foreign trade, customs legislation, and customs clearance procedures
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both in team and individually
