QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to work for a company that is the world leader in its field? Are you passionate about technical support and customers? Then you may be the new Technical Support and Quality Technician that we are looking for.

LINAK Turkey has been growing very quickly over the last couple of years and we expect to grow even more in the future. Our current Technical Support and Quality Technician has been promoted to Sales Engineer in our team and that is why we are looking for a new Technical Support and Quality Technician. You will be employed in our sales office in Ankara, and you will report to our Managing Director.

 

 Main Responsibilities
 

·        Handling After Sales Process and Customer claims under the HQ guidelines

·        Coordinating aftersales issues with the HQ in Denmark

·        Preparing quotations for our aftersales customers

·        Local inspection of failed products, conducting repairs if needed.

·        Making current and load measurements and tests on the customer applications for       the selected accounts

·        Technical support on presales topics.

·        Making products modifications in terms of software and hardware changes.

·        Participating in different customer-specific projects

·        Co visits of customers with sales team for After sales issues

·        Ad hoc duties
      
 You:

·        Have gone to Vocational School or have an undergraduate degree in technical areas     from a technical university.

·        Min. 2-3 years’ experience working as similar position, preferably in an international      B2B environment.

·        Speak and write English and Turkish fluently.

·        Have a good customer orientation and can remain calm under pressure.

·        Are energetic, self-motivated, loyal, and a good communicator.

·        Are structured and well organized.

·        Are a good problem solver – also when more creative solutions are required.

·        Have a valid driving license.

·        Like to travel.

·        No military obligations for male candidates.
