General Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering or related departments of universities

Preferably min 3 years’ experience in Customer Technical Support or R&D, Process departments in chemistry or aerosol industries, especially gas-liquid filling process

Good command of English

Improved negotiation skills

High persuasion ability

Improved problem-solving ability

Result-oriented

Good command of MS Office programs

Having driving license and active driver

No obstacle to travel, no military obligation

Resident or able to reside in Kocaeli or Gebze


Job Description:

Responsible for laboratory activities and providing performance and functionality tests

Preparing samples and it’s specification and record the data’s in the list

Master data management (product codes, BOMs etc.) within the approved list of standard specification

Contact with local and global customers and support them technically

Visiting the customers, recommend optimal filling process conditions and front line problem solving on technical issues

To perform necessary follow-up for customer satisfaction or adaptation of the new products developed, ensuring coordination with CTS department

Comply with regulatory affairs and prepare the regulatory documents

Validation process and contact with global Engineering Change Request teams and providing industrial tests

Providing technical advice and information on products as requested and supports to other departments

To support of sales in line with company targets and strategies,
