Senior Communication Specialist

•     Proven experience as communications specialist
•     Proficient command of English
•     Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
•     Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail
•     Ability to work with senior stakeholders (i.e. Management Team)
•     Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook etc.)
•     Experience in copywriting and editing

Job Description

Builds the image of the company, contributes to client satisfaction and increase of sales by carrying out activities in the areas of comms and PR.

External comms, focus on the digital media;

•   Plan, develop and execute in line with brand and HO guidelines and templars.
•     Manage external agencies and other relevant vendors.
•     Plan and manage budget.
•     Align with Head Office team.

Internal comms and events (e.g. employee meetings, town-halls):

•   Coordinate sponsorship activities and Corporate Social Responsibility projects.
•     Plan and manage budget.
•   Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation. Run periodic or ad-hoc (after major events) evaluations of effectiveness of internal comms and propose if needed correcting actions.
•     Cooperate with local HR and HO teams. 

Corporate comms / PR:

•   Coordinate press conferences, prepares press releases, coordinates printed and visual media interviews, and conducts media relations.
•    Advise CEO and Management Team of developments that may require specific communication throughout the organization, either face to face or through regular written communication.
•    Coordinate the preparation and publication of the annual report of NN Hayat ve Emeklilik. Provides the necessary content for the NN Group annual report to be prepared.
•     Plan and manage budget.
