QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Orhan Holding is a group of companies operating in the automotive sector with over 10000 employees. It is situated in 4 continents with 27 production sites, 6 R&D and Engineering Centres.

In the automotive sector, it continues to grow with its new investments and continuous development approaches in line with its strategy of being the first preferred supplier for customers worldwide.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Compensation & Benefits who will join our team at Orhan Holding - Corporate Human Resources.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Assisting in development and administration of compensation strategy and structure,
  • Analyzing different components of the compensation scheme in the organization and preparing reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness,
  • Preparing salary increase and bonus calculations,
  • Cooperating and managing the relationship with the HR BP's and HR/Funtion Managers closely,
  • Preparing and monitoring annual HR expense and company labour budget,
  • Working in total rewards studies to develop internal best practices and continually improve.
  • Working in job evaluation/analyses and workforce planning studies for organizational development and following the implications for subsidiaries’ related functions.

Technical competencies and requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or Statistics,
  • Minimum 4 years of related job experience,
  • Experience in a multinational working environment is preferred,
  • Solid understanding of compensation concepts, including job analysis and evaluations, market pricing, and total rewards,
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and ability to successfully perform in-depth analyses,
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture,
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel,
  • Ability to research, compiles, and interprets data in a logical format,
