QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Plant Non Production Buyer for our Purchasing Team in Dilovası Plant.
- Support procurement process compliance and implementation of Purchasing strategy for Non-Production
- Commercial Negotiation on Spot and annual basis (price / payment terms / delivery, analysis and evaluation of bids to determine the optimal values)
- Reporting (rebate program, annual and spot savings)
- Management of sourcing on new projects relating to Non-Production Commodity
- RFI / RFQ management and administration on spot and annual basis
- PR’s / Orders management (Approval, Manual print, release & sending)
- Suppliers / Internal customer claims management
- Consolidation of existing supplier portfolio
- Contract management and revision for new and existing contract
- Purchasing office administration work (Archive, contracts + reporting)
- Master data management – NonProd – new part + MRP
- Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements
Knowledge required:
- University degree in related field
- Buyer Experience of minimum 2-3 years in Purchase of Non-Production material (pref. Automotive)
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Strong negotiations skills,
- Strong Processes Knowledge,
- Ability to work individually on projects,
- Stress management,

More than 3 years of experience
