Supplier Development Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/MS degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Material Engineering or related disciplines,
• Good knowledge of the systems for improving the supplier quality,
• Knowledge and experience in EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System,
• Strong and proven audit experience,
• Knowledge of using the measurement equipments,
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods like casting, cutting, bending, coating etc.
  
• Understanding and interpretation of technical drawings and standarts,
  
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  
• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge are advantages,
  
• High degree of goal and result orientation,
  
• Knowledge and experience in problem solving techniques,
  
• Excellent communication skills in an international environment, teamwork, flexibility,
  
• No barriers to domestic-international travel,
  
• Completion of military obligation for male candidates,
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor and analyzes supplier performance and applies necessary counter measurements to facilitate improvements,
  
• Management of incoming quality team,
• Support all aspects of New Product Introduction activities and supplier requests for change, including tracking to agreed delivery plan,
• Development of existing quality systems & process, data analysis and reportings,
• Visits suppliers regularly to assess supplier's performance and control prevetive actions,
• Audit suppliers after a quality claim, to validate the corrective actions and their efficiency,
  
• Following KPI and reports.
