                                                FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER TURKEY

 
 Key responsibilities:

·         Installation and commissioning of Rieter products including all electrical, mechanical and software connections and adaptation

·         Troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of Rieter machines

·         Reporting technical issues to his/her superior

·         Preparing regular and required reports to his/her superior

·         Handover of machine(s) in working condition to the customer

·         Ensure a high-quality service to our customers, covering all technical issues on Rieter’s fully automated products and product lines.

·         Provide technical support and solutions to customers.

·         Manage customer expectations by quick, clear and accurate delivery of pro-active action, information and responses to customer (internal and external)

·         Support customers for mechanical, electrical and technological issues

 

Key Requirements :

·         University degree in Textile, Electrical & Electronical or Mechanical Engineering

·         Extensive technical, mechanical and electrical knowledge required

·         Textile and spinning machine knowledge required

·         Service and field experience is an asset

·         Basic MS Office user knowledge is required

·         Willing to travel domestic or abroad over longer periods

·         Driver’s license

·         Military services completed for male candidates

 Key Competencies :

·         Advanced command of oral and written English

·         Highly customer oriented and service driven

·         Demonstrating problem solving, process analysis and root cause analysis skills

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills

·         Effective teamwork, communication with peers and all internal stakeholders
