Financial Control Specialist/Senior Specialist

Within the growing Umur Group organization, in which we operate in the printing, stationery, paper and e-commerce sectors; we are looking for a teammate as the Financial Control Specialist/Senior Specialist for the Financial Control Department .

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistic etc.),
• 6-8 years financial reporting or controlling experience,
• Proficiency in IFRS,
• Cost controlling experience,
• Proficiency in MS office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
• Good command of English,
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to details and high sense of responsibility

• Preparing monthly cash flow reports and working on forecasts
• Preparing quarterly IFRS  reports
• Making analyses to strengthen production cost control
• Making monthly, quarterly, and annual cost analyses on product basis
• Making product cost and profitability analyses
• Making standard/actual cost comparisons
• Preparing and presenting reports on costs to managers
• Responsible from stock reports on a weekly and monthly basis
• Making stock planning analyzes
• Monitoring of aging reports and coordinating the risk mitigating actions
• Improving systems and create process level controls to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
• Participating in coordination of budget and forecasts at each entity level
• Responsible for financial planning, controlling and analysis processes for related business unit
• Advising on financial consequences of business decision and communicating financial data to leadership team
• Supporting the decisions of commercial teams with ad hoc studies and analysis
