Job Description

Monitoring and controlling maintenance and production indicators, defining improvement potentials with methodical approaches and leading related projects.

•    Responsible for preventive and periodical maintenance planning of production machines

•    Diagnosing faults & defining effective measures to minimize machine breakdowns

•    OEE improvement and cost decreasing projects.

•    Critical spare parts management for all machines under the responsibility

•    Budget managements for all maintenance activities.

•    Planning technical training for enhancing skills of team members

•    EoL material inspection and planning required revisions

•    Provide technical support through problem solving approach to maintenance teams at responding production machine breakdowns

•    Defining and leading digitilization activities to support the predictive maintenance strategy

•   Continuously communicating with client departments, suppliers and other Bosch plants regarding technical and organizational issues

Qualifications

•    University degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
•    Fluent in English (plus German is an asset)
•    Trust on own capabilities, having strong communication and collaboration skills to breakdown technical terms and wording into understandable daily language proper for target group
•    Self-motivated to look always for further improvement opportunities
•    Ability to work under stressfull conditions, open to learn to new technologies and having effective communications skills
•    Advanced MS Office knowledge
•    Basic Knowledge about the automotive industry and serial production
•    Capable of analyzing current and future business needs and as a result provide & deploy solutions
•    A Good to have; 3+ years of experience in maintenance field (assembly production system knowledge is an asset)
•    Knowledge on robotics software, constructs, configures, tests, and debugs robots and robotic systems. Installs, operates, calibrates, and maintains robots
•    Background in laser systems
