Job Description

• Support for providing all financial reporting, budgeting forecasts, analysis, internal controls and balance sheet review processes, in line with IFRS, corporate policies and reporting requirements,

• Support for preparing rolling and annual budget, timely collection of relevant information by the departments,

• Support to the responsible for month end closing activities and preparation of financial reports in accordance with IFRS and group company requirements,

• Support for preparing analysis of financial reports to top management, evaluating and interpreting variances of financial results and planned targets / forecasts / budget,

• Analyzes any significant variances in budget forecast and operating results to ensure the accuracy of our financials and to initiate the corrective or the improvement actions, as needed.

• Precise end of period results, financial and activity data are prepared and analyzed, in line with corporate governance framework.

• Having knowledge of local chart of accounts,

• Booking general ledger entries and other financial transactions in compliance with Turkish GAAP & Tax Legislation,

• Carrying out monthly reports and records in SAP and control of the afore mentioned in order to assure correct assignment of costs and revenues,

• Support with all financial and tax audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Economics (Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration),
• At least 1 year of financial accounting/ controlling experience & knowledge in planning, forecasting and reporting processes,
• Analytical thinking, detail oriented, problem-solving attitude,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• SAP experience is an asset
• Good knowledge of Turkish accounting standards and IFRS,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs is a must,
• Be highly analytical, detail oriented and problem solver together with exceptional critical thinking skills,
• Willingness of self-development and continuous learning activities.
