Qualifications

Skill level should have at least 6~10 years of experience as an engineer with Mechanical or Electrical diploma.

Must have good experience in auditing FMEAs (best of all FMEA types).

Process engineering experience specific to R&D processes

Good communication skills suitable for international networking

Advanced English is mandatory and knowledge of German + Local language is an added advantage

Good presentation skills

Experience in the wind industry

Effective coordination and project management skills

Following proactive approaches and working on own initiative

Action management skills
