Job Description:

As a Product Engineer at ENTES Elektronik, you'll play a key role in developing and launching new products. You'll work closely with our product development team to design, prototype, and test new products, and you'll be responsible for ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing customer requirements and defining technical specifications for new products
• Planning and execution of product launch strategies
• Analyzing market dynamics, competitive pricing, and cost structures to develop pricing strategies
• Execution of “go-to-market” strategies to ensure maximum impact and market penetration
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet design, performance, and cost targets
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and technical documentation
• Providing technical support to customers and internal teams as needed
• Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses
• Defining a vision for product roadmap

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Energy Engineering
• Fluency in English (second language is plus)
• 2+ years of experience in product marketing
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Location & Working Model:

Full-time, ENTES Headquarters
