• Bachelor’ s degree in engineering

• 1-3 years of experience in the logistics processes

• Advanced MS Office skills

• Fluent in English

• Customer and solution-oriented

• Ability to work as part of a team, strong communication and negotiation skills

• Having dynamic, planned and follower features

• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, positive attitude, good team player and result oriented

• SAP MM/SD Experience in an asset

• Living/willing to live in Kocaeli or Anatolian Side of İstanbul

• Complete miltary service for male applicants.

Job Description 

• Prepare and follow-up daily customer orders continuously

• Manage logistics operations and make sustainable development plans

• Providing weekly and monthly KPI Reports

• Taking corrective actions from operations point of view in case of needed

• Creating effective solutions to operational problems

• Motivate, inspire and encourage field team to achieve business results and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate field team to execute planned actions in line with the strategic plans, decide on priorities

• Window person of HP Pelzer Pimsa to the customer

• Report the issues/risks periodically and follow up the countermeasures

• To work in accordance with the requirements
