Our subsidiaryininal proposes payment solutions for unbanked individuals. Finally, inventiv our technocity company created in 2016, combines IT and R&D activities in areas such as card/cardless payment methods, mobile payment, mobile application and cyber security solutions.

Our understanding of an economy without borders has made us the only company with a non-bank payment system in the Turkish Fintech Ecosystem for 4 years.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Communication Unit Manager to join our team with the following qualifications:

• Knowledgeable about marketing funnel processes and performance metrics,
• Capable of proactively generating ideas and projects,
  
• Actively follows and is interested in current technological developments relevant to the role,
  
• Knowledge of agency communication processes and dynamics,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience,
• Preferably familiar with B2B marketing processes,
• Solution oriented and able to make quick decisions.

Job Description

• Contributing to the creation of brand communication strategies and goals, conducting necessary analysis and research,
• Ensuring that communication plans and calendars are created and executed in line with marketing targets,
• Providing support in managing processes with creative agencies and third parties,
• To ensure that marketing activities are carried out in coordination with in-company teams and that the actions taken comply with marketing communications,
• To document, archive and report the studies and analyzes carried out and to ensure that the documents used are up-to-date,
• To meet presentation and reporting requests when necessary,
• Developing, implementing, reporting and continuing projects aimed at improving company goals and activities,
• Launch, relaunch, collaboration, etc. To take, design, report and develop marketing actions in digital and traditional channels.
