• Graduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in end to end data & data analytics or mining projects in different sectors
• Knowledge of IBM Cognos, SSIS, SQL is mandatory
• Knowledge of Power BI is a big plus
• Pension or Life Business experience is a plus
• Knowledge of BI tools and Data Mining Environments
• Understand the value of data, the ability to produce insights and alarms from data and experience on analytical outputs
• Willing to learn about new technologies and encouraging team for new project development
• Understanding the needs of business units, developing common solutions, willing to work closely and the ability to manage the relationship
• Eager to create innovative ideas, develop and deliver new projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value.

Job Description

Will be responsible for providing business intelligence and carrying overall responsibility to several key functional areas including: sales, finance and operations areas. This role must be adapted at communicating across a wide range of personalities and disciplines, and have the ability to translate high level corporate vision into what it means to the individuals and teams in the business.

• Work alongside senior business stakeholders to communicate the strategy.
• Define a set of best practices and standards to create secure and performant data sources to support accurate and quick data insight.
• Provide support to analyst and development teams in order the use of our BI platform to drive maximum value.
• Design, facilitate and manage a ‘self-service’ BI platform to provide fast and secure access to data set
• Know and understand the insurance business and our core processes and be able to communicate with business representatives to understand and translate their needs to technical requirements for data analysis, extraction or reporting
