Now, we are hiring a know how to use MC, Cost Controller  to join us in Bodrum.

Core Activities

• Continuously monitor and analyze the company's costs.

• Reporting and presenting cost data to managers.

• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities.

• To analyze the differences between budget and actual costs

• Optimizing costs by ensuring coordination between departments

• Making strategic recommendations to increase the profitability of the company.

• Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost

• Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.

• Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.

• Update and maintain receipts in the systems.

• Check and ensure that no material is issued from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.

• Count, weigh or measure items of incoming orders to verify information against invoices, orders, bills, or other records.

• Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is undamaged and maintained neatly throughout the stores.

• Ensure that all documents and material received in the stores or directly delivered to operation are of satisfactory quality.

General Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably in business, economics, or accounting

• At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting

• Financial reporting and analysis skills

• Ability to use Excel and other accounting software at an advanced level.

• Good command of English

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Prone to teamwork and strong communication skills
