QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client works on urban and industrial water management and in this field, it supplies equipment such as pressure regulating control valves, flow meters, data loggers and bkv controllers, is looking for "Sales Support Specialist".
Qualifications;
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree,
- Preffered experienced in sales support, foreign trade operation, order management or new gratuated willing to start in related position,
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Good IT skills (ERP, MS Office, CRM),
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
Responsibilities;
- Handle all customer requests, managing customer orders from placement through shipment, providing accurate lead times and verifying pricing, credit memos and return authorization requests,
- Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes,
- Provide administrative assistance to executives and sales team members as required,
- Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion,
- Establish relationships with key suppliers to ensure their support for our production business initiatives.
